A sponsor is someone who, for medical or a host of other reasons, cannot house a cat in their home but would like to be able to monetarily help in some way.
( Sponsor help can be time, money or both.)
We have either health problems, cosmetic scarring, or are just not adjusting to humans and may or may not ever tame down enough to be a lap cat. Because of these problems, we will have a hard time finding a caring, understanding home and will likely be at Kats-n-Kittens for quite some time. Each of us are available for adoption to anyone who can overlook our physical or mental handicaps. Each of us have a detailed description of our problem.
If you feel that you can give one of these cats a loving home, or would like to sponsor one of these special cats (or any cats on the Males/Females pages), please contact us. Some of these cats must be kept separated due to dietary restrictions or injuries. Being caged and separated from the other cats can often cause depression which can only lengthen or make recovery more difficult. If you would like to foster one of these special cats, even for a few weeks, they would greatly appreciate the freedom and attention.
