If you are wondering, Kats-n-Kittens will continue, it was Heather's life.  Since the end of December, we have managed to place a good number of the rescued cats that resided in Heather and John's home.  Deb Miller, owner of Critter Castle and Heather's long time friend, has been holding cubicles for us to help place them.  Deb and Critter Castle are in no way affiliated with Kats-n-Kittens, just assisting in this time of need.  Heather and John had been the primary care givers for the cats with the occasional help of several volunteers and friends.  These friends and volunteers have been caring for the cats 100% since the end of December.  Many thanks to Stephanie and David Colledge and someone to be named with her permission. Without Heather full time, the population averaging around 80 lately is not possible.  There are still several foster homes and Cheryl Jarvis houses a number of cats in Butler.
